This is an Aqua stopper for a Blenko #5912 decanter designed by Wayne Husted in 1959. My decanter portion was lost during a move!!!! it has parfect clarity and no problems. there is a small 1/8' bubble or flake at the bottom of the ground area which is completely internal. Also, If someone out there has an aqua decanter portion of this piece for sale, I would consider purchasing that instead of selling this stopper.
