Blue Smocking w/Ruffles for Tillie/Millie/Lillie ~ BJD ~ Kaye Wiggs ~ By Gail Description HELLO AND WELCOME TO MY AUCTION DOLLWEARBYGU My cute 11" Tillie by Kaye Wiggs is modeling a lovely outfit that is up for your consideration today. This outfit consists of a smocked dress, slip, crocheted hat and a pair of tights. The dress is made of a pretty blue cotton voile fabric. It has a lined bodice on which I have embroidered a tiny pink rose. I have done the smocking in white embroidery thread and there are 3 more of the pink roses through the smocking. All seams are finished off and it fastens down the back with hidden snaps. There are also ties at the back waistline. The slip is made of a white batiste fabric and also fastens down the back. The hat is crocheted with a white yarn and it has a blue organdy ribbon running through it that ties into a bow off to the side. The tights are made of a white stretch knit and have encased elastic at the waist. My auction is for the dress, the slip, the tights and the crocheted hat.
