Condition/Grading : C-4Original packaging: NoFeatures: Powered B UnitScale: OAdditional Info: Fair condition. I'm not sure what maker this is or if it's scratch built. Shell has been painted. I could not gain any power to this unit when placed on the track. I assume it's 2 rail. When I connect the transformer directly to the shell the motor will turn over but is not smooth.
