Traxxas Slash 4x4 - Bulletproof center differentialThis Diff is built with the best parts available. It has an aluminum housing and a steel .08 mod spur gear with 54 teeth. It drops right in and replaces the plastic lube filled center diff. No more heated up plastic inside your main drive bearing. It makes a more solid and dependable drive train. If you have problems with weak plastic diffs because of too much power, this will solve the issue as long as you have a good solid aluminum motor mount. I run a king headz motor mount, 3S Lipo, Novak HV 5.5 motor in mine and it works perfectly race after race. I fill the diff with 50K losi diff lube, that is the combo I like the best for my track. If you want it filled with another weight let me know. You can also get the steel gear from 49 - 54 teeth. Please allow 2 weeks for custom builds. This is the sweetest center diff you have ever seen for the Slash 4x4. It is heaver than the plastic diff so you get a smoother flywheel effect which means better control in the air. All the Traxxas Slash 4x4 guys at my track who have seen one have literally drooled. I also make front and rear diffs with the same sweet aluminum case .
