Carnival Glass Northwood Glass co. 1911-1917 "Tree Trunk" Med. Green Vase AKA: Killarney Northwood signature"under line N in a circle" Measures: 7 1/2 inches tall, base is almost 3 3/4 inches across. Tree Trunk is distinguished by its irregularly spaced hobs and short crescent shapes distributed between the hobs. Looks like a trees trunk. This pattern is called "Tree Trunk" Northwood began production in 1911 and contiuned until 1917. This vase has the base color of Meduim Green with a touch of yellow. The iridescence is located in the interior of the vase only with the colors of mostly gold with marigold and blushes of purple,violet,teal and blue. Star pointed bottom base with a interior Northwood signature "underline N in a circle". Beautiful detailed pattern with a slight flare top with flame points. Due to the age the vase does have bubbles in the glass with three mold seams. This type of vase is scacre to find. Mint condtion! No cracks! No chips! The interior iridescence is in great shape!
