VINTAGE ~ CASE XX 61048 RED BONE ~ FARMER'S ~ JACK KNIFE ~ c.1940 - c.1965 ~ This vintage CASE XX SERPENTINE jack knife has nickel bolsters, a nickel shield and a brass lining. The handles of this old folding knife are made of a beautiful red bone and are in great condition with no chips or cracks. The CASE XX SERPENTINE pocket knife has one long slim clip point blade. The blade is in nice, but used condition with some minor pitting and scratches and blade loss. The main clip point blade is stamped CASE XX on the front and faintly stamped 61048 on the rear. The clip point blade is tight and still has an excellent snap.
