This wonderful toy boat was made by George Carette of Germany around 1901 and measures approximately 17" in length from forward tip to end of rudder and powered by a clockwork motor (working - a key will also be included in this auction) and is made of heavy guage metal. Wonderful profession restoration (as pictured). A very rare opportunity to own one of the nicest toy boats of its time. This auction is for the 17" Carette boat only - lighthouse and smaller Bing boat are used for scale comparison only and are NOT INCLUDED .
