Circa 1909 Bing Tinplate Clockwork GunboatMeasures approximately 15" in length. In used, play-worn condition as pictured. Please inspect all pictures as they are an intimate part of the description. In the book you?ll see the Orkin Craft battleship and Radiguet ocean liner plus Fleischmann tinplate submarine with clockwork mechanism. Also pictured are Weeden Bliss and Falk tin windup boats from the early 1900s. Don?t forget JEP Ives and Bliss. They were also very prominent as was George Brown. Ernst Plank and Arnold also made gunboat s of superb quality some with live steam and some with windup propulsion. Whatever your interest, this is a great place to start.
