STUNNING -c1920 ANTIQUE 12K GOLD FILLED GOLF BANGLE-20 GRAMS This is a gorgeous Antique 12k Gold Filled Golf bangle bracelet....that measures 3/8" wide and weighs approx 20 grams!... These Classic Style Golf bangles are becoming very hard to find these days.. and will fit a wrist from 5 1/2" up to 7" Please note in the photos it appears t are darkened areas on the bangle , but this is just the reflection from the shiny gold as the photos were taken inside...and it is just FABULOUS ! HISTORY It is Circa 1920 by design and styling It is not stamped inside but the outer surface tests positive for 12 karat gold and this is a gold filled piece. Antique gold fill jewelry is considered to be equivalent to todays low karat gold. DESCRIPTION & SIZING It is a beautiful antique gold color, that RICH buttery hue unlike the brassy yellow gold of today.... and the patina is excellent as you would expect with quality antique jewelry. This simply slides over the wrist and the exterior and interior are smooth and shiny... ..and it is just so shiny ! It has a very faint name engraved on the back which i didnt notice at first as it has faded with time.. It is VERA...but you really have to look to see it. This is a MUST for the antique gold bangle collector This is a cuff bangle that is an oval shape, which stops it sliding on the wrist.. This weighs approx 20 grams, which further adds to its appeal ! The only fault I can find is near the name at the back t is a depression that may be able to be repaired if required.. to restore it to its former glory but it si not visible when worn at the back and apart from that is in lovely antique condition These are becoming so hard to find these days. Please note that t are some dark shadows in the photos on the front and back of this gorgeous old piece, but it is just my reflection in the camera..and the gorgeous antique gold color isnt showing up well in these pictures.it looks so brassy, but please check my feedback so you may bid with confidence..
