An original Civil War laminated document. At the top it says, The Squirrel Hunter's Discharge. It then says that Cincinnati was menaced by the enemies of our Union, David Tod Governor of Ohio called on the Minute Men of the State and the "Squirrel Hunters" came by thousands to the rescue. You W.A. Taylor were one of them and this is your Honorable Discharge. The document is dated September 1862 and is signed by two people . I currently have another paper listed that this came with.The document has wear and some stain marks and as noted this document is laminated.If you have any questions feel free to ask.
