You are bidding on an N scale (1/160) hospital. It is scratch built from styrene. It has been painted off white and decaled for Cleveland Clinic as shown. It measures 6" high, 8" wide and 9 1/2" (with the emergency room awning). The 'glass' is decaled. The building is finished off with matte clearcoat. The pictures look a bit blurry but the building and the windows are crisp and clean. Florida residents must add 7% sales tax. PAYMENT PAYPAL ONLY Ebay now has their electronic payment policy.
