She is also One Of A Kind.Frazzle is 10 inches of cuteness and personality and has never been removed from her packing pillow nor displayed. She comes from the smoke and pet free home of an adult collector.Frazzle will arrive at her new home via Priority Mail. She will be boxed with her Certificate of Authenticity signed by Connie Lowe, her pillow and her tote bag.I only ship to the lower 48 states. No international shipping.
