Introduced in 1928 by Consolidated, the Ruba Rombic art glass line personifies the Art Deco/Moderne era. This sugar bowl is jade green. It is about 2 3/4" tall and 5 3/4" from handle to handle. I have identified no chips, cracks or other flaws. SHIPPING POLICY: I WILL NOT SHIP TO AN ADDRESS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. Postage costs/insurance will be based on priority mail via USPS from zip code 06002. I don't package my items until the auction has ended. If you want an ESTIMATE of shipping costs, send me your zip code. My estimates are usually very accurate, but they are just estimates. I will notify you of the postage costs within 24 hours of the close of the auction. I am very careful to pack delicate items so they will reach you unbroken. To accomplish this, I use several layers of new bubble wrap, biodegradable peanuts made of corn starch and sturdy boxes. Because I use so much packing material for each piece, I must charge $1.00 per box to help defray the costs.RETURN POLICY: I will accept returns in exchange for the full purchase price if I have misrepresented an item. You must notify me within 2 days of receipt of the item. Return it to me within 7 days via USPS (priority or parcel post) or UPS insured for the purchase price. I will reimburse you for the postage to return the item. I sell mostly old glass. I try to point out all defects, but may miss something. This is not an attempt to deceive anyone, just human error. In examining this piece again under intense light, I note a minute shallow flake near the top. It is too small to be measured and no way detracts from the bowl.
