The minifig was made with custom decals and robe legs. The minifig is in new condition. Shipping to the US is $4.50. Shipping within Europe is $4. I usually ship within 1-2 days of payment received. While the detailed heads may look fancy on first sight the details and scale will look out of place with your other minifigs.
