Thisporcelain chocolate cup and saucer was produced in Germany by Heuful Dresden in the late 19 th century. The saucer has a diameter of 4 1/2 inches and the cup is 2 3/4 inches high. The ground color is light olive green with raised gold overlay of flowers and decorations on the entire surface. There are 2 cartouches on the saucer and one on the front of the cup. They contain hand painted cherubs with garlands of flowers and birds. The inside rim of the cup and well of the saucer have fancy gilding. CONDITION: The saucer has a factory painted over chip on the under side and one missing gold bead. The inside of the cup has a couple of dark spots in the glaze. You would hardly notice any of these minor flaws.
