A really exquisite duo of tea cup and saucer in the finest English bone china from Aynsley, Staffordshire. The design and pattern are stunning. Lovely deep cobalt base colour to outer side of tea cup and saucer. This contrasts superbly with the bright, pure white of the inside of the cup, cup pedestal, handle and small circle in the middle of the saucer. Inside the cup is decorated with an exquisite pattern of brightly coloured flowers and a pretty little humming bird. Both pieces have fine gilt banding on rims, handle and cup base.Condition is excellent - no cracks, chips or crazing. This duo has never been used. Fully back stamped with the Aynsley Crown, Aynsley name, 'Made in England' and 'Bone China'. This lovely duo would make an ideal Christmas present for that someone special.I have listed a lot of lovely pieces that I was extremely lucky to find at a recent very large Country Estate sale. I will be listing many more over the coming weeks. There is some lovely old china and linens that will be coming up, some in vintage condition but a large number that time just forgot and have been stored away for years.
