A Perfect gift for the BUDDY LEE collector for Christmas! This is a wonderful composition Buddy Lee in a rare Crisp outfit! Someone must have kept him wrapped up and put away for years because his outfit is so clean and nice. I am sure it has not been removed. The outfit has the hat with the Union Made Lee Sanforized Label in front. The Pants Label is Union Made Lee and REG .US. PAT. OFF. He has his little belt and with silver buckle and even the tie which is anchored with a vintage straight pin . The clothing is quite crisp. I did not remove it. HE is about 12 1/2 " tall. Has all of his fingers. The doll had an issue with his head at the top and I fixed it at the crack and re-glued and reinforced some pieces then touched up the paint. Of course once his hat is on it is covered. See pics. His face has crazing and i touched it up but did not paint over any features, just blended it to fill in stop the crazing. His boots have a bit if crazing under his pants leg, but not on the part that shows. At any rate he is quite displayable and this outfit in this shape is a real find! I peeked down his clothes and there are no markings. I am a doll collector, but no of Buddy Lee so please ask questions. I will be happy to answer.
