EDWARD MOBLEY vtg Arrow Rubber & Plastic squeak toy 1962 green teddy-bear Jersey This is a previously-owned, vintage teddy-bear squeak toy manufactured by Edward Mobley in 1962 in association with Arrow Rubber & Plastic. It has a moveable head and �sleep eyes� that close when the item is on its back and is marked �Patent Pending.� Also, it measures approximately 10" tall and 9" wide from tip of ear to tip of ear. Edward Mobley created the design work for a line of toys manufactured by Arrow Rubber of East Patterson, New Jersey (now Elmwood Park, NJ) in the 1950s and 1960s. Arrow also made most of Chatty Kathy for Mattel with the speaking part made in Japan… My Policies: We offer several different shipping options and accept Paypal (and we do indeed combine shipping).
