Here we have a beauty, a perfect tortoise shell coloured Flint fossil Micraster coranguinem. This flint echinoid is approx. 40mm by 40mm, and exhibits, some beautiful colours and detail, one of the best I,ve found. the ambulacra is as clear as I,ve seen on a flint specimen. along with the nice browns and black colours. A genuine, flint echinoid from Kent, with NO damage or indeed repairs, this specimen is natural, no acid prep.Cretaceous, upper chalk, circa 85 m.y.o. Thanet coastline in Kent.Thanks for looking, .
