FLORIDA Quarter Bear Sunshine STATE 27 Coin Teddy LQQK Issued In: 2004 FLORIDA Teddy Bear The Florida State Bear is Orangey Orange and Burnt Orange. Coin Facts: The Florida quarter design "Gateway to Discovery", incorporates a 16th-century Spanish galleon, a space shuttle, and a strip of land with Sabal palm trees. More than 1,500 design concepts were considered. In a three-week public vote, Floridians chose "Gateway to Discovery" as the winning design. This is a Terrific way to teach yourself and your children history of the wonderful USA and enjoy a CUTE CUDDLY Bear at the same time! The shape of the state and name of the state is embroidered on the tummy. The date it became a state is embroidered down the side of the bears right leg. The state Quarter is sealed in plastic on the bottom of the right foot. The state number is embroidered on the bottom of the left foot.
