We use the Gotheborg web-site to verify our Japanese porcelain maker marks and the time period of manufacture) This vase has the markings of the typical Fukagawa Mount Fuji and a stream and below that the "made by" Japanese Symbols Fine hard paste Porcelain Excellent condition: No chips, cracks or crazing Coloring: Even though Fukagawa is known for their white porcelain; this vase has an underglaze white rose with shades of blue running through it over grayish/milky white background. The leaves are a cobalt blue color with a blue fade running into the background. The underside and inside are the Fukagawa white we know and are glazed as well.
