Here is a beautifully restored Gamewell ALARM BOX, Police and Fire Telephone from Hello Central Antique Telephone Company. The Call Box Telephone is an original Gamewell "Inner Mechanism Box" made of cast aluminum. This is Not a replica Gamewell Box. Attached to the front door of the call box is an "Alarm Box, Police and Fire" Call Box Instruction Plate. The Call Box and Telephone have a powder coated (baked on enamel) finish with professional hand painted lettering.Attached along side of the Gamewell Call Box is a 1930-40's Western Electric Model 211 Telephone that has been converted for use on today's telephone system. The original older style telephone handset is made of made of bakelite. The modern day telephone components are located inside of the Call Box. A VOIP "Voice Over Internet Protocol" Telephone System such as available through Vonage or other internet carrier will require a converter not provided in this auction. This Gamewell Call Box Telephone will work fine with regular telephone service.The Gamewell ALARM BOX Police & Fire Telephone has a one year limited warranty from Hello Central Antique Telephone Company and has been professionally restored.
