is a good pulling collar from top saddle maker Robert Mitchell of Throckmorton Texas. It is like new and has never been on a horse. Stamped JR HORSE CHAMP on one side and 2003 RHAA WHP. Thats the Wild Horse Prarie Days ranch horse competition. Stoney Jones of the Tongue River Ranch who was on the cover of this months Western Horseman won this nice breastcollar.
