Up for auction is this very unique rare set of salt and pepper shakers with original caddy tray! I have never seen anything like them before. Done in Depression Green I do not know the pattern, it is not in any of my books. It appears to be very deco in its design, lots of triangles and has a strong lean to ziggurat design. All of the glass is in perfect mint condition! Not even a scratch or scuff! The metal lids however do show their age. They are a bit dented up, but still screw on and off and are funtional! Each shaker has three sides and each side has three very elongated triangles that are very narrowly ridged. The tray has a textured bottom where the shakers sit and the handle in the middle is quite ornate! A triangle itself the edge is adorned with two little round balls on the top and two round balls attached to the side. This has to be one of the most rare salt and pepper shaker sets I have ever seen! Attention all buyers, insurance, delivery confirmation are optional.
