This is a great ruby flash souvenir footed pot with painted original writing "Souvenir of Hancock, Wis. (Wisconsin)". A nice piece of history for the Berlin or Hancock area resident. The metal bail handle is missing, but could easily be crafted from a coat hanger or flexible metal. The ruby flash and gold leaf trim is all intact. The is a very small chip on the upper rim, but it appear to have been manufactured that way since the gold leaf is over it and does not appear to have happened later. The dimensions are about 2 inches tall and 2 1/4 in width. Just a nice little piece to display and generate conversation from this town w souvenir items are very hard to find!
