You are bidding on the Heisey No. 1508 Card Case with the a pair of unopened decks of the newly published Heisey Glass Museum Playing Cards . These cards have just been released and feature original photos of 54 patterns made by the A.H. Heisey Glass Company. This would make a wonderful and unique holiday gift for the Heisey collector. The Heisey No. 1508 card case was the only one that Heisey ever made. It was produced from 1938-1944. Writing in August of 1938, China, Glass & Lamps describes the case as follows: "The holder is just large enough to hold two decks of cards, and the two identical halves are made to serve as ashtrays, equipped with four snuffers and slots for cigarettes". These cases were never marked with the Diamond H. The case is 5 1/2 inches long and 3 1/2 inches high. It is in mint condition and ready to be packaged for that special gift or maybe just a treat for you! Write with any questions. Postal money order shipped immediately (in time for the holiday).
