You are bidding on the Promotional HESS toy truck with racers from 1997.This was never a toy. It was part of a collection, much now sold. The batteries were put in when purchased and unfortunately were left in the compartment. The is some minor battery damage in the compartment on the contacts (they are no longer shiny. T is some evidence on the chrome paint located next to the compartment. That could be painted(approximately 2" on each side, not noticeable unless one is looking for the damage.Box is perfect, all packing materials are in perfect condition. Overall on a scale of 1-10, this unit is a 9.9. For the collector, not a toy, you will not be disappointed. GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY BIDDING!!
