Hinkle Lizard Green Color with Box New Old Stock. The Hinkle Lizard was first produced by Joseph Hinkle in 1949. A patent was awarded on November, 18, 1952 and the rights were sold to Elmer Deuster in 1954. Lure is still attached to card in box. Box is in great shape, lure in great shape, see photos. A tough lure to find from a great miscellaneous tackle company. From a field find from the son of a friend of the former owner of the company. These have sat in a house in storage for well over six to seven decades!Note, I have several of these. The boxes might be slightly different where they are stamped, etc but are all very nice.
