Description This is a vintage Japanese lacquer, Urushi, Wooden Tea caddy KO-DAIJI MAKIE Natsume. Ko-daiji makie is most popular makie style for Japanese tea celemony lovers. We gurantee that the base material is wood (not resin or other mixed material) Condition is excellent (seems unuse) with paper box. Purchased date: September 24th, 1982. That is, 29 years ago. Close to 30years history item but it seems unuse and material is wood for sure. The KO-DAIJI MAKIE is most popular design for Japanese sado lovers.
