Here is a Lionel 246 steam engine with a correct 1130T tender. The cow catcher is broken off the front of the engine along with one of the marker lights. The tender draw bar is bent down at the end, but that is an easy fix. The tender has one of the rear steps broken off. The rest of the engine is in good condtion with no chips or cracks on it. The numbers on both sides are nice and clear. The side rods are present on both sides and in good shape with no rust on them. There is a slight amount of rust on the front truck wheels that should clean up with no problems. I put a transformer on this engine and it runs well in both directions . The tender has some small rust spots on the wheels but no rust on the frame. Other than the broken off step, the engine looks very good with no chips or cracks in the body. The rear coupler works fine. I don't clean, polish, or wax items to hide flaws and make them look better, I've had that done to me a few times and I know I don't appreciate it. I am going to be listing a lot of Marx train items, some Lionel trains, and some other train stuff over the winter so keep looking.
