LOT OF 15+ VINTAGE PLASTICVILLE TYPE TRAIN HOUSES L2 This auction is for a huge lot of plasticville type train layout houses and all the extras that you see pictured. I don't do much at all with trains but I do pickup some of these plasticville type houses from time to time. I just picked up 3 boxes full and will have them all on Ebay at this time. They will be wrapped in newspaper and then put into a box with styrofoam packing material for shipping protection. You'll get everything as you see pictured. I pictured most of the houses with a standard pen so that you can get an idea on the size of the houses. These are used and have been sitting out in the previous owners collection for some time now based on how much dust and dirt is on the top of the houses. They will need to be cleaned off by the new owner. This is my lot number l2. PAYMENTS We accept PAYPAL, plus other options like local pickup for FREE and coming soon - ProPay!! We do ship ASAP upon payment as noted above within 1 business day 95% of the time!! We do file Non Paying Bidder Alert with Ebay for non-payments!!! Furthermore, Ebay's new payment rules of requiring all Ebay bidders to use an online electronic form of payment like Paypal, Propay, etc... which has scared away many of my loyal and repeat customers who do have have this form of payment method available.
