Lovely, elaborately decorated, cigarette case . Possibly/probably silver plate . It does have 2 impressed pictoral marks inside (in corner, one looks like a bird?) but they are not british, may be Turkish? Unfortunately I could not get a good photograph of marks.Beautifully decorated with elaborate birds/flowers on one cover and flowers on the other.
