UP FOR AUCTION From Madam Alexander's Legends Doll Collection "Love is in the Details" MINT CONDITION IN ORIGINAL BOX (has original packing & COA in plastic) CISSY "Cafe Rose & Ivory Cocktail Dress"1996 Limited Edition 67302 No. 0602 of 2500 World-wide Cissy was first introduced to the world by Madame Alexander in 1953. Cissy has become a fashion icon in the doll industry. Cissy's Fashions were so influential that the Fashion Academy awarded Madame Alexander the gold medal award three times. This Cissy doll is no exception. She is simply gorgeous.Her ivory dress is lavishly embroidered in gold and accented with aurora stones, velvet shoulder straps and rich bows that accent her figure. She also comes with a hat to match. A faux mink-trimmed organza wrap swirls from her shoulders. Even her undergarments & high heel shoes are stunning. She wears a pair of opera-length evening gloves. Cissy's red hair is in a up sweep hair-do and she has brown sleep eyes with real lashes. Her beautiful hair and makeup is designed by Mathu Anderson. Her jewels (necklace, earrings and bracelet) are Sorrell Originals. Her head turns and swivels. She is jointed at her shoulders, hips, arms and knees. This Cissy is in her original box.
