In this listing we are offering this beautiful, high quality, highly burnished Mata Ortiz Pottery Olla by Daniel Gonzalez. Our camera couldn't seem to get a good picture because of the reflection from the high gloss on this gorgeous jar. Daniel is using his most popular pattern of various animals closely grouped on this jar. The animals include rabbits, lizards and long necked cranes. He also incorporated hand etched details in this well done piece. The jar is a dark reddish brown and black, with white line etching. It measures 7.25" tall by 8.25" in diam. with a 4" mouth. It is signed on the bottom by the artist and includes a Made in Mexico label. There are no chips or cracks, please see the pictures. And it sits upright without a ring!
