Please view my other lots of Rose Medallion (platter and meat drainer, 10 plates, 4 assorted rose medallion teacups).You are bidding on FOUR matching ANTIQUE Rose Medallion teacups and saucers. All eight pieces have gold gilt highlights painted in the woman's hair. The antique pieces are far better painted and the pallete is much nicer.SIZE: saucers are 4.75" diameter, teacups (not including the handle) are 3.75" diameter.PROVENANCE: This lot came to me via an elderly gentleman from Sewickley, PA who inherited it from his grandparents estate back in 1957. His grandparents lived in Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia, Penna. I will enclose a note to the winning bidder with the family name on it.CONDITION: One saucer is in very good condition. Two saucers have original firing cracks which many do not consider a defect. One saucer has a faint line which resembles a hairline crack however I can not catch my fingernail in it. One teacup is in very good condition. One teacup has an original black iron mark in the interior. One teacup has a very small chip out of the saucer rim. One teacup has a hairline crack at the base of the handle.PACKING: If you buy my other lot of four teacups I can package them together.
