MICRO FEINMECHANIK HO #06421HL ELECTRIC LOCOMOTIVE CLASS ES55 HALLE.Model has a functional replicated electro motor with spinning inner counter weights and jack shaft system! Up for auction is a very rare handmade Micro Feinmechanik models of the class ES55 electric locomotive. This version of the ES55/E06 is painted in the special Ruby red, black and aluminum gray livery which represents how the prototype was displayed in 1925 at the world transportation exhibition held in Munich Germany. Micro Feinmechanik only produced 25 models, so this is a rare find. Red below for more about the prototype and model. Deutsche Reichsbahn E06 Electric Prototype: TheES51 was built in Berlin by BMAG and delivered in 1924. It was at the time one of the worlds most modern electric locomotives. Micro Metakit just delivered a locomotive that has set the standard for all future HO locomotives.
