A mottled or "powder blue" glazed double gourd porcelain vase with molded tree, peaches, and bat to exterior in white and painted in iron red, above the foot with a white rectangular cartouche filled with the remnant of a Xuande mark (powder blue glaze originated during Xuande reign). Approximate height 9". These apocryphal Xuande marks were very popular during the Kangxi reign; I am not an expert in Qing wares but I would cautiously date this vase to the Kangxi revival during the late 19th century. Condition is excellent.
