Vintage Murano Glass Clam Shell Bowl. It is amber color on the bottom fading to green as it goes toward the rim. It has two flat ground areas on the bottom so it can be displayed upright or on an angle. There is a " Genuine Venetian Glass Made in Italy " label on the bottom which was used in the 50's or 60's.The bowl measures approximately 5 1/4" x 4 1/4" x 3 1/4" high. It is in excellent condition. There are no chips, cracks, stains or repairs seen.I try to describe each item as best that I can by noting any after factory damage and also note flaws that may exist from manufacturing. I pack glass items with tissue paper then bubble wrap with foam peanuts on all sides and try to make it safe as possible and easy to unpack as well. Shipping costs are actual cost plus $ 3.00 to help defray costs of shipping materials and insurance.Shipping insurance is now included in shipping cost.
