There are no markings/trademark symbols of any kind on the crystal but all the crystal pieces USED TO HAVE red and gold stickers on them instead that said Nachtmann and 24% bleikristall (these have long since worn off). This crystal was bought brand new from a retail store in Germany while stationed there in the late 1970s.2 NACHTMANN Traube pattern LIGHT GREEN color 24% Bleikristall HIGHBALL drinking glassesThe glasses each measure 5 1/4 inches tall and 3" across the top rim. There are no cracks, chips but there MAY BE short and very light surfaces scratches on the outside of glasses. Be advised that there may be some very small bubbles or differences in the etching edges, on the base or elsewhere, which apparently are normal manufacturing issues, which would result in normal differences from piece to piece. There may also be some small areas where there was an etching "mistake" (manufacturer's defect). The top and bottom rims are smooth.AND3 NACHTMANN Traube pattern LIGHT GREEN color 24% Bleikristall WHISKEY drinking glasses The glasses each measure 3 1/2 inches tall . (NOTE: this glass HAS BEEN USED but is in excellent condition). The top rim is smooth and free of nicks, chips, etc., as is the rest of the glass (and the bottom rim) as well. Be advised : there may be some very small bubbles or differences in the etching edges or on the base, which apparently are normal manufacturing issuesNOTE: There are no markings or trademark symbols of any kind on any of my crystal. These were bought brand new in the late 1970s and I don't know if they did that back then (there were no marks of any kind on any of the crystal at any of the stores that sold them - but I did notice that all the pieces did have stickers on them instead).
