PoolePottery Lucullus Cockeral design Serving Dish 1960s Ceramic This is aPoole Oven-to-Table serving dish designed by Robert Jefferson in 1961. The outside is in the Blue Moon glaze and the white inside shows a lively and stylized cockeral. The base has a stamped Dolphin mark with the words: POOLE ENGLAND EST. 1873. This mark was used between 1967 and 72. The dish has been used and shows some small rub marks and discolouration, but the cockeral is still vibrant and unscratched and displays well. The dish has no chips or cracks. Approx size: 31.5 x 27.5cm Height approx 5.5cm NOTE that this item will be sent by courier in a box with plenty of packing. ******************************* I am listing a second hand used item.
