In this auction I am showing a lovely pair of early cotton lace curtains. Each panel measures 33 inches wide and 76 inches long. The panels are pretty much open work lace and are beautiful as you can see. T are some loose threads along the edges but no actual holes. I have not laundered them and notice one has a few light brown age spots that will soak right out. One panel has a couple 1⁄2 spots along the top that are bit unraveled but again nothing broken through. The other panel has one spot that is unraveled on the edge of the top and another spot down the side ~ 1 inch. I couple creative catch stitches should work fine. It is hard to find these old lace curtains in good condition and think this pair have fared very well and I love that they are all the open work lace ~ many have a lot of netting.
