This bottle is circa 1855-1860 with a graphite Pontil 9 1/2"h X 3" X 3" with beveled corners and bluish green in color with sloping collar. The bottle is embossed horizontally on one side "OLD DR J TOWNSENDs"; On another side "SARSAPARILLA" and on another side "NEW YORK". This bottle was dug and does have some inside hazing (stains) and does have a tiny inside glass crack on top of applied lip, which you can't feel touching the exterior of the bottle.
