RARE VINTAGE RORSTRAND SWEDEN MCM CANARIA CASSEROLE BAKING Oven Dish Marianne WestmanThis is a small dish 6" (15cm) square (Wide) x 3 1/4" (8cm) HighThis sunny lemon yellow ceramic oven-proof dish/casserole is a Mid-Century piece made by the iconic modern Swedish company Rorstrand.Designed by Marianne WestmanProduced only for a short time between 1957-60, the Canaria pieces are very hard to find.Classic Mid-Century stylized pattern of geometric, crossing lines.In EXCELLENT condition with no chips. No utensil or other marks.There is a wave in the pottery from manufacturing as shown in photo 10. There is a glaze pop on the bottom. Otherwise, perfect.The color and pattern are fresh and bright.It is marked on the base Rörstrand Sweden Canaria Ovenware 112.
