Mad Hatter Version 2 D.6790 was specially commissioned from Royal Doulton by The Higbee Company to commemorate the Second Anniversary of the opening of the First Royal Doulton Room Higbees Cleveland, Ohio. Hand modelled & hand decorated. Limited Edition of 500 and this is #248. 1987. Comes from a private collection and taken well care of. Has no chips or cracks. No box and no papers.
