This clear SC DISPENSARY cylindrical quart bottle is a RARE find! Dates to 1900-1907 Based on the SCD monogram, it appears to be No. 303 in Huggins book, "The South Carolina Dispensary". Photo 2 shows No. 303 and the embossing on this bottle. The only difference in this bottle and No. 303 is t are no visible glassmaker marks on this bottle . All quart bottles listed in Huggins book with the SCD monogram have a glassmaker's mark. T are no chips or cracks that I can see. T are indention marks on the finish and neck, but they do not appear to be chips. T are some circular marks and swirling type scratches on the surface of the glass that can been seen in the photos. This bottle has not been professionally cleaned.
