Take a look at this train at You Tube: https:///watch?v=Py1gYvaRamk One of the engines is completly as it came from the factory, one engine had its chassie changed out under the guarantee program that Bachmann has.Both engines perform as expected and run really smooth. It goes without saying that with a Bachmann engine the track it runs on must be clean to avoid a jerking sensation the engine could make with a dirty track..... PayPal is the only payment I accept. Shipping costs are estimated based on my experience, actual costs may vary. Historically, I under estimate shipping costs and absorb the difference. It seems that shipping costs seem also to depend on which clerk at the pack-n-wrap I use. I do follow the advice of the folks at my local pack-n-wrap on how to best pack and ship items.
