When it comes time to pay please notice we offer you at least two rates based on your delivery needs. The cost for registered mail is $12.00 plus $1.00 per ounce**. Mailings to USA may be insured with new very low rates that are much less than USPS rates. US rates are .50 cents per 100$ or portion tof. Also, we are pleased to offer shipping Insurance for many of our International customers. Coverage is available to countries in Europe, India and Asia, China and the Pacific rim and Canada. The rate is $.50 per 25$ or portion tof. Insurance is not available to Africa, (except Egypt and South Africa), Mexico, Russia or counties of the former Soviet Union (registered mail is available to these countries at additional cost and provides 44$ insurance).
