This frosted stem three face pedestal celery or spooner is in great condition. I believe it to be made by LG Wright. It does not fluoresce. The glass has 2 seams and the base is cupped instead of flat. I do not see any chips or cracks, but there is a 'sharp bump' of glass inside at the bottom. The ruffled top is especially nice.
