This auction is for a lovely Tonner Effanbee 10" Patsy doll; I believe she is the Little Country Girl doll. She is a fully jointed, bent-knee vinyl doll with long thick curly auburn hair and soft hazel eyes with long lashes. She is in excellent, unplayed with condition and will come wearing her new undies.
