VICTORIAN 'SATIN' GLASS JUGS pr. 'Satin' Glass refers to any glassware with a velvety or satin feel finish. The majority of Satin glass is cased, and most is in shaded colours of rose, yellow or blue. A fantastic matching pair of large Claret Jugs handpainted with a floral design and frosted 'waterfall' handles. Dated circa Late Victorian (1880-1900). height: 32cms, width: 15cms, weight: 1800gms. THIS ITEM IS IN GOOD CONDITION (there is a small nick to the rear of one and other has minor yellowish stain plus both have air bubbles etc). POSTAGE: Postage has currently gone through the roof in terms of price with it being predominately based on 'Volume' as opposed to actual 'weight'. Therefore a large light item can cost more to send than a small heavy one (particularly if it goes over 2kgs!). I am happy to use any service you desire but recommend 'International Signed For' for overseas and 'Special Delivery' for UK (surface is never recommended and would be entirely at your own risk).
